processed and shipped from our headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.

Delivery within Lagos

• Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days
• Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM on a business day.

Nationwide Delivery (Outside Lagos)

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and

a link to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return

the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions. This policy is in

accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018 of

Nigeria, which ensures your rights as a consumer are protected.

In line with Nigerian law, we do not operate a “no refund” policy. You are entitled to a

refund or exchange for defective goods, not as described, or do not meet the quality

standards you would reasonably expect [1.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Items marked as “Final Sale”.
• Underwear and socks for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at returns@educatedthug.com

with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a

Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number. You will be

responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be

credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that

original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return

process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item

as quickly as possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at

returns@educatedthug.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will

arrange for a replacement and cover the cost of return shipping
